Q: How does shipping / pick up / delivery work?

A: We are able to ship all textiles. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Pick up is available in Fairfield. A $15 stocking fee is applied at this time.   

Delivery is available in the Greater Victoria area. Please choose your delivery location at the time of checkout.

Q: How do I pay for my items?

A: For online purchases, we accept payments through Stripe. If you would prefer to pay with an e-transfer, email us hello@bashspecialty.com

Q: Can I return items?

A: All items are final sale.
